The Viking double oven wasn’t heating, even after the client replaced the heating element themselves. However, this didn’t resolve the issue. Upon further diagnostic inspection, we discovered that one of the main boards of the Viking oven was shorted and needed replacement. The job was successfully completed.

  

The client called me and said that his dishwasher is making a weird sound during the cycle and starts to smell burnt afterward. He unplugged the dishwasher and called me.
